Can I change the design of my cards?
You are able to personalise your name, job and the answers at the back of the card. Additionally, when you are filling out the details for your card, we will ask you to attach a picture of your face to create your portrait with our style. At the moment, we have the collection “Space” which is available in four different colours. Trading cards have a standard format and you are not able to modify it. However, continuously check our social media — we are always working in different collections.
Who is able to have Heroes For People trading cards?
Anyone whose job is to take care of our physical and mental health. All healthcare workers are included but also those who are there to hear us, motivate us and guide us. These include volunteers, spiritual leaders, coaches and personal trainers. If our health is better because of you, you are part of Heroes For People.
What is my team?
Heroes For People is a community of real heroes and real heroes have a lot of jobs. We have four different teams according to your skills.
✔ The Body Team If you take care of our whole body, a specific system, a particular organ or a tiny group of cells, you are part of The Body Team.
✔ Happy Mind Team If you care about how good our emotions and feelings are, don't think twice; your team is Happy Mind Team.
✔ The Mouth Team If you look after our teeth, our gums and our smiles, you can join The Mouth Team.
✔ Eyeteam 2020If you understand what 20/20 stands for, and look after our vision, Eye Team 2020 is for you.
Do you print the trading cards?
We dedicated a lot of time to offer an exclusive design and we looked for a provider that gave us an equally beautiful, durable and eye-catching trading card. For this reason, we chose MOO as our printing provider.

How do I order my trading cards?
✔ Go to our online shop and you will find our current collection.
✔ Choose the team that you align with the most and you will find a form that asks you about your details.
✔ Attach a photo of your face.
✔ Choose the colour and the quantity of your cards.
✔ Finalise the payment through your preferred method.
How long will they take to be ready?
After we receive your details, photo and payment, the illustration process will take between 1-3 business days. Once you approve the artwork, it will be sent to our printing provider and the delivery will take around 3 weeks. Keep in mind that this product is shipped from London, UK, and the delivery times may vary.
Are you able to refund my money?
Once we have received your information, we will start working on the design. If you request a refund at this stage, a fixed fee of $60 will be charged for the illustration and design. Once you have approved the artwork and it is sent to our printing provider, we will not be able to make any refunds.
